I purchased a valentine globe on Feb. 3rd. I never received the globe. I left my number on the que but never received a call. This is my 2nd. email. Do you have any idea how it was to not have a valentine gift to give to your wife. We have a Cracker Barrel where we live.The service is sub par at best.moving forward, I will do my best by word of mouth and social media to discourage anyone from patronizing Cracker Barrel. User's recommendation: Never support Cracker Barrel. Not giving a refund is stealing money.
