I paid subscription I am not getting RD

I mailed my check for $15, by way of a two-yr subscription of Readers Digest, under a special promotional ad. I mailed the check on July 21, 2020, and the check is cleared in my bank on July 28, 2020. To this day, I did not receive any issue of your RD. What is the problem? Please let me know.
