The Georgetown, TX office is trying to get more money out of me because they tried to bill VSP for my glasses purchase that I paid for out of my own pocket because I just wanted an extra pair of glasses and I had my Rx from my optometrist. They inflated the charges and sent it to VSP which paid some of the bill even though they shouldn't have because I already paid it. When I called this office to explain that I paid for my glasses myself and they should not have billed VSP for this false amount they actually told me that the "contract" I signed gave them the right to bill VSP and I'm responsible for the total amount above what I already paid. All I knew that I was filling out was new patient info as I had never been to Pearle Vision before. I had no idea they used that as their way to commit fraud. I already paid the agreed upon charges at the time of my visit and they are trying to get more money from me after they got money from my VSP insurance that they should have never received. They send me bills constantly and I'm sure they will send me to collections. They are not to be trusted and I wish I could get someone to investigate their billing.
