I paid for an order but didn’t receive it

I ordered online. It didn't get through to the store I guess. I went there and showed the charges on my bank account. it clear showed the Subway number. They wouldn't look at my info and told me to get out. They were very childish and not understanding at all. You need to get rid of this crew! A friend of mine said she had problems with them too.
