I am in need of speaking to a real person. I am a many year customer, but will be changing to Spotify if someone does not speak to me directly, plus I will plaster my problem all over FBDand Twitter User's recommendation: Don't subscribe to Pandora. Billing issues impossible to solve because you cannot speak to anyone personally.
