I paid for a class and got a receipt but go NO information on where to log on

I paid for a class in American sign language. My receipt number is 1353****. I was given NO INFORMATION about when it is or how to access the course. How can I access the course? I asked my question to one of you supposed representatives on chat, and a screen came up asking me to pay money for the answer. I need your help, please. User's recommendation: Don't use Goldstar.
