I ordered the safety can opener ,was billed twice, so when I called too asked what happened,and asked to be refund

I was told that it would take several days! Then see asked me if I wanted a refund and I said yes, then I was told that I had to wait, until I receive my order, and then send it back, I just ordered, so I know the order hasn't even gone out, it seems there's an answer for everything, expectantly waiting its arrival, so I can get my refunds!! Bulb head had lost a customer in me!!! Just want my money back! User's recommendation: Don't order, and go thru what I have to go through.
