I ordered the digital fit floormats for my car and the shipping process they have has been a nightmare. Every time I check the tracking info it either has been wrong or not updated. They have lied to me every step of the way and yesterday Fedx ground suggested I change the delivery to a local pick up spot at a Dollar General Store to receive it earlier in the day. It never arrived and now Fedx tells me it has been miss shipped 80 miles north of here. HERE IS THE KICKER, WEATHERTECH CUSTOMER SERVICE REP IMPLIED THAT IT WAS MY FAULT FOR CHANGING THE DELIVERY DESTINATION.. SOMEONE NEEDS TO EXPLAIN TO THEM WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!!
