I ordered on April 17th and it is June 13th, still no Lume order…

I go into my email and go to the tracking number and the USPS website states they have received no such tracking number or slip with such number created. So I still log into my account and it still shows that my order has not been fulfilled. So when I look up at my computer screen it says... "please be patient, Lume has a high volume of orders to fulfill, your order will be filled within 5-7 days of receipt" seriously? It has been about, ummm I don't know 2 MONTHS! NEVER AGAIN, I just emailed them that I want a FULL REFUND REFUND!!!
