They called me 5 times. When my son came to get it. The bags were ripped and the drink holder was falling apart. Got inside the hotel and items were missing. I didn't pay 50 for a horrible service. I was staying at the clarion hotel in Kalamazoo for school. I don't even live here. I would like 10.00 back. For the items that were missing. If not I will never ya ur service again. Thank you Dolores bandos
