I ordered a stock in January of 2021, and I knew at the time the item was on back-order. Since that time, I've emailed them twice and called them at least three times. At first I asked for an update. In my later communications I asked for a refund. They refuse to communicate about the status of my order or give me refund, but they are masterful at stating the "somebody will call me back." User's recommendation: There are alternative rifle stock vendors with whom to do business.
