Good morning, my name is Araceli and I have been trying to get in contact with any WINGSTOP customer service agent since the 4th of July ! I placed an order July 4th at around 9:44pm and it stated it was a 1 hour and 20 minute wait. And I did place the order. I dis everything I had to do during that time and as it said MY ORDER WAS ARRIVING I looked out the window and MY ORDER WAS NOT THERE. I checked constantly for another 20 minutes qnd my ordered said delivered ? BUT IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED. It is ridiculous that I waited an hour and 20 minutes not to receive it and on the 4th if july !? I want my refund before I proceed to any other legal action. This is my last try of getting in contact with yall. It isnt personal, straight business. User's recommendation: NEVER order delivery on a holiday, STARVING *** WORKERS will keep your food.
