When I call into the customer service line noone answers. Mailbox is full. the only option is to leave an sms number. When I tried every day throughout this past month to use the app to report my missing package, the app glitch where it will not accept my email address has not been fixed day after day. no way to reach them.fifin User's recommendation: find another scent subscription company. this company doesn't have it's act together.
