I've tried to sign up for an account after getting very frustrated with the " knowledgeable representatives" on the phone, and no luck again. I have an e-mail address associated with my insurance policy, but I never created account before. Now they tell me to reset my password in order to sign in, but when I click to "reset password" I never receive any links. User's recommendation: Don't spend your hard earned money with these clowns!
