I needed technical support for my vacuum
2
I called customer service because my Shark Rocket stopped working. The red light is coming on and the brush roller doesnt move anymore. Previous to calling, we emptied out all debris, checked for blockages and cleaned the filters and roller, all to no avail. We were told the bottom part of the vacuum needs to be replaced, at our expense. I find this to be ridiculous since the vacuum is no more than two years old. Why are these being sold for $250 and lasting no more than two years? This is my first Shark and, needless to say, Im pretty disappointed. User's recommendation: Buy a Dyson.
