I needed documentation saying Silverleaf took back my timeshare

I called Silverleaf Resorts using the phone number provided. The computer operator said there were 27 calls ahead of me and suggested I email their info email. I did and I didnt mention Pissed Consumer. I told them I was buying a home and the realtor needed proof that they took back the timeshare. One day later, they replied with 5 attachments showing they took back the timeshare. Thankfully, I havent had to deal with them in years. User's recommendation: They answer emails!
