I renewed my magic jack service and phone number. For almost two years now, I tried in vain to switch my service from iPhone to Samsung. Regretfully, I find magic jack website the most user unfriendly and very poor customer service. I sent myriads of email and tried live chat and couldn't get a service for which I paid a full price. I get tired of wasting my time on top of the money I pay and give up.
