My bank account in Spain has also unexpectedly been frozen, so I am unable to access it and cannot pay any bills, I am trying to resolve this quickly. 1) I believe I owe Movistar for July (E102 euros), can you confirm this, and check if I owe for May or June? 2) How can I make this payment from the UK? 3) Can you start sending me bills electronically?
