I need to order medical supplies but I am told there is a problem with my account but no phone number is provided to fix it.

I am trying to order a new transmitter for my Dexcom 6. I received a message on my Apple phone that my transmitter will expire in three weeks. However, when I go to their ordering online system I am told their is a problem with my account. None of the provided phone numbers allow me to talk to a human to solve the problem and the prerecorded messages don't apply. Thanks, Christine StudorChr User's recommendation: Be aware that when calling Solara you cannot talk to a human and prerecorded messages cannot always solve your issue.
