I need to change the date

I was making last night a reservation in the web for 4 people to travel from 21nov21 to Dec 8 to Madrid and did not realize the date was changed by system to Nov 28 for departure after i made the purchase when i printed i realize the date was incorrect since last night I have been trying in the web and by phone to call
