I purchased a 2019 Alfa Romeo Stelvio and traded in a 2014 Audi Q5. I have three issues: #1 I NEED my $715.16 in the payoff of the Q5 as I made the final two payments Vroom claimed it would make to PNC Bank. It has been over a month. Ridiculous. #2 I still need my title paperwork for the 2019 Alfa Romeo so I can register my car in my home state of Maryland and pay the applicable sales tax. #3 I received the title from PNC Bank for the Audi Q5 and I assume Vroom need that to resell the Audi I see listed for sale at a dealership in Pennsylvania. (How can you sell a vehicle without the proper title paperwork?). I need to know where to mail that document. Please do this so I can move on with my life. Mark Peloquin
