I need return slip

Update by user Jul 04, 2021 They have not refunded my 53.53 they owe me, and keep telling capitol one i didnt send the shirts back. Even after i faxed proof of the tracking #. Original review posted by user Jun 03, 2021 U sent me a pkg with no information of who its from, no return label. Kinda ridiculous customer service. Plz send me a label to send the 2 shirts back.add information User's recommendation: Add information who pkg is from.
