I need my refund

They didn't help at all while we were chatting. I've been calling all day and no one never answered. I finally got thru it gave them my number for them to call me back. Well they did but my phone only ranged twice and they hung the phone up. I need you guys to call me because I really really need my refund. I can't afford to get evicted
