Hi pls I bought an item in April as soon as the item arrived it wasn't as described so I send it back to the seller she told me to give her 21 days she will refund the money. She told me she has send the money but the money didn't show on my PayPal accounts. I have sent her messages but she doesn't reply anymore. I need help.
