This company is a scam I canceled my flight with Spirit and was supposed to receive a refund for my flight due to the fact that Spirit had cancel flights they never refunded me the money they owed me I sent multiple emails to cancel my membership with them instead they take more money this company is a scam and has horrible customer service as a matter fact they dont even answer their phones User's recommendation: Do not sign up.
