I need a new Waste toner box – whatever that is.

I called Brother and was placed on hold for over 45 minutes. While on hold, I went on-line to their chat line. The chat line answered me in about 5 minutes. I was then told the toner was out of stock, and they could not order it for me nor could they ship it went it came in 2-3 weeks. When I asked, what did he suggest as an alternative. He wrote back and told for me to go to different business that sell printers, perhaps I would find one. I replied how did he expect the dealers to have it since the Brother site is totally out of stock! It will be a long time before I buy another Brother printer. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
