I was on the phone for over an hour talking with 5 different creatures from El Salvador and the Philippines trying to get help logging into my MetLife account. I could not understand these creatures who spoke as if their mouths were full of *** (trying to be nice) and finally hung up the phone. I never got into the account or find a person that could just get my communications mailed to me. User's recommendation: Use Americans.
