I am not 18 and got charged with the premium membership. I have tried this whole day to get ahold of the customer service and have waited on the phone for an hour and still did not receive service. I have left a voicemail and have not gotten any answers. This issue needs to be voiced before you get all the way through the information. I need to get my money back and cancel the membership I signed up for. User's recommendation: Do not let them go further when filling out information if they are younger than 18.
