I lost my card and my account is locked and I need to transfer money

When I called to inform that I lost my card and would need a new one, my account and card was then placed on lock, I was told I couldnt transfer funds because I need the security code in back of the cardhow can I have access to a number on a lost card? I have all my other information, my account is linked directly to my job, Im getting paid and cant pay my bills, I have another paycheck coming, and I need to transfer funds in order to pay my bills, my card has not arrived and its been more the 2 weeks now
