I receive calls from Portfolio Recov on a daily basis. I never answer the phone. I also never give out my cell phone number, so I know it is not a debt call. They never leave a message. I block the number and then the next day I get a call from Portfolio Recov with a number from a different state??? This is harassment and since I don't have any information in my voice message, they don't know who they are calling. User's recommendation: Do not answer these calls. There are also reports about a scan about supposed debt and they don't even have the name of the person they are calling.
