I keep having recurring problems with the vons coupon app.

The purchase i made on 8/2/21 at the Vons located on Lemon ave and la puente rd which is the only Vons i use didn't add some of the coupons I clipped from the app. It is a bug with the app because sometimes the coupons are processed and sometimes they are not even in the same purchase. I've already explained this numerous times to employees and to online customer service. This purchase didn't add about $3.00 in savings and I want a rebate
