I just found out Total AV has been charging my debt card for 6 months!! I have not used this service not asked to use this service and the only money the CSR is offering me is this month’s bill of $9

I did not know this company has been charging my debt card $8.99 for 6 months!!! I just found this out by checking my state debit card which i only get $20 a month. I asked the CSR to at least get the 6 months of service i have already paid for and she told me she can give me the service for $2.99!!!! This is insane, this is stealing. User's recommendation: Never deal with a company that will steal from you, then not even offer to give service you have already paid for unless you pay $2.99 more a month. !!!
