I am done with the app installation on the desktop everything is okay till now, the problem arise when I clicked on the start the test option, It is not letting me to write the exam, On the screen I can only see a dialogue box which is "The process is automatic and may take a few seconds please wait..." it is being one hour, still I am waiting for the next page to start my exam, but there is no response , could you please look in to it and resolve this problem and do email the response
