I never received tickets I ordered and I have no idea who to contact for the event I purchased. It upsets me that you do not have phone lines available to speak to a person. It feels discriminating that you are happy to make money but unwilling to speak to someone that it having a problem getting their tickets and just pawn them off to call event planner. I would like someone to reach out to me so I can get my tickets. I hope someone really reads this!!?
