No one knows anything! If they do, then It's opposite of what you were JUST told. The ticket counter personnel do not have any customer service skills. Attitudes, gestures, rushing and misinformation. I also needed a wheelchair, I waited over 45 mins and then ended up having my sister push me to get through TSA and make it in time to board. This is just a few reasons. The best part of flying Spirit? I know now NEVER to fly with them. User's recommendation: Don’t think the cheaper flight is good, Sprite charges for Everything! You end up Paying more!
