Operated on at Mayo Phoenix Oct 2018- they placed a cage around my L5 Nerve and Sciatic nerve rendering my left foot numb and sciatic pain every day since-They knew about this in June of 2019 and did nothing- If you are an attorney reading this, I would love to tell you my story. User's recommendation: Don't go to Mayo Clinic.
