I have forgot my PIN number, they said I have too have it before I can cancel my account and need to have you to put back into my checking account for the last 3 months that you have been taking out .Ive been trying to cancel this for the pass 3 months and the say that I need my password PIN number. Ive never opened this sim kit ,never activate it have not tried to download it or anything like that. So can you please help me. Thank you Evelyn Dunsavage Young.
