I have been with ring central since 2007

They do have long waits and even though you have your on account manage this person is of no help resolving problems. I have been given a service plan for one amount and when I am not watching or paying attention my original price goes up without any warning or advance notice. I am all set to pay one amount only to find out that amount has changed and this will continue to happen as time goes bay. They blame it on federal taxes. And you can ask over and over for a manager or supervisor and that person is always busy hour after hour. They have gotten to the point where they no longer care about their customers. I mean one month my bill was 2x higher and I paid it with realizing i did because they took the money off my card, but the next month bill was lower. Now this month it has gone up again and not as high as it was 2 months ago. Sounds like they make it up as they go. And you diffinetly can trust what they say only that; what they say will change without notice, that you can trust. They should be ashamed.
