I have been waiting for my order for almost a month!

I placed my order and paid for it 3 weeks ago. But it hasn’t arrived yet. Although all the previous orders from this website arrived within a week or so. More to the point, they haven’t given me any precise information about its location. I have a tracking code, but it doesn’t work. I checked it several times, the only update was made 2 weeks ago. When I called the customer support, they claimed that they sent everything out to me more than 2 weeks ago. But, then, where is my package? It should have arrived 3 days ago according to their website! They sent me a code for a personal discount for the next order to apologize for this delay. That was OK. But I still need this order to arrive as soon as possible.

I have the same story, my order has been processed for more than a week, when I wanted to cancel it, I was told that they would send it right now, but a week passed ... and it was still being processed. NEVER AGAIN
