I am concerned that 599 pounds that was taken from my account (for a faulty chromebook which I was told to return by cc)...The collection receipt is dated 01.04,21 yet when I first called I was told everything was on track but that the item was not 'logged' until the 8th... When I phoned again I was given a different date and last time II phoned I was told that it was only logged on 24th April.... still I have no refund!!! I want my money back today!!! User's recommendation: why is my money return not sorted... I cannot afford this.
