I have been trying to contact customer service department to return a dress that I bought. It was too small and I haven’t received information on how to return it. There was no receipt inside the bag.

No one is responding to my emails. But I do keep getting emails from them to purchase more items from them. Go figure. User's recommendation: Do not buy from JJs House unless you don’t intend to return any of the items because you will NEVER get in touch with them. Or they will never respond to your emails. This has become a huge ordeal. It shouldn’t be this difficult to return an item.
