My car needs brake repairs and Car Shield has denied my claim. They are telling me that the parts needed to repair the car are not covered. They also told me that the cost to diagnose the problem would not be covered either since the claim was denied. Everything they told me about their service has been a lie. They've left me on my own to handle getting my car fixed. I was told that I had the best plan of all since I was in the "gold plan." Those were just empty words. The plan is worthless, and I was told by someone in their customer service office that their sales reps will "say anything to close a sale." For once, I find that to be true! They are liars and thieves and do not keep their promise when their involvement. They will find and give any excuse they can to not pay to fix your car, The commercials ads they show are a joke and obviously, these are people they've to lie. Even the actor "Ice T" is misleading people too! He's rich! What does he have to lose. Or maybe I should ask what is he gaining. I get sick to my stomach now when I hear the name Car Shield. I will spread the word to everyone I know to stay as far away from Car Shield as they can! User's recommendation: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CAR SHIELD AS YOU CAN!
