I have an order in progress for over 2 days. Did it go through or not

I placed order from Amazon tried to use quad pay. Looks like didnt go through to quad pay and was going to come out of my bank all at once. Tried canceling. Now Im charged for 1 item through Amazon and quad pay is saying order in progress and my availability to use went down From $600+ to 320. Whats actually going g on. Saying in progress For 2 days
