1st of all the cleanliness and hygiene of staff is not good , I have seen the chef cut tomatoes , olives and food with his pair of hands without gloves and it was many times with different chefs, also the waiters and receptionist are not friendly, they serve us as if they are doing a favor, in General it was not a good experience and Ill never repeat it with Sheraton full moon hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to any of my friends, Im totally disappointed
