I opened my third chalk wheel yesterday. The wheel turns but no chalk will come out. How can I rectify that? I just tried to get help through a chat. Charging customers for help with your products goes against the grain with someone who has been a customer of your products for a long time. I do not appreciate that. User's recommendation: Customer support seems to be lacking.
