I have a problem with my new router

I have added a mobile router onto my contract on the 6th of August. I had a problem with the battery life and brought it back within the 7days stipulated on the contract that I am liable to get a new router if it's defective. Now: 1. I am facing a problem whereby I was told by Msizi, the branch consultant who was assisting me, that the router is supposed to last 4hrs at high capacity. 2. I have explained to the consultant that it has never been on high capacity to which he kept arguing that that's how the router is supposed to work. 3. I called your call centre which is only then that he agreed to check the router which to what he says confirmed my complaint. 4. Even with this, he still refuses to either give me a new router or fix the problem. 5. I have called countless call centre consultant who tell me this is a defective router. 6. I have asked him to request the branch manager to call and to date I have not received any type of communication from the manager. 7. As much as I enjoy being Telkom customer, I now want to cancel the contract because I am not getting any joy from this. I am not happy with this service all
