I have a credit with Chadwicks which I can’t use

I was issued a merchandise credit in Oct. 2019. I tried to use it in January but saw the catalog was closed for rebranding. Are they rebranding or are they closed. Rebranding is false advertisement and a rip off if they knew they were closing and opted to keep my money. I'm very disappointed in Chadwicks. User's recommendation: Don't use.
