I have a complaint about I’m a senior that took Screaming,yelling and arguing.I call that Abusive Behaviour.

On May 23th,2021.I called Walmart at Polo Park around 2:25 or 2:30 in the afternoon.I talked to a woman who answered the phone.I asked 2 questions.The first question was how long are you open.The second Question was I said I have a care giver since my husband Died 5 months ago.I'm a Senior that is not well I'm crippled in back and legs and also go to Cancer-Care.Since woman started yelling.screaming and arguing with me.Then she said to me.Are you threaning me with a Store Manager.I said no I have a Given Right to make a Complaint about your Abusive Behaviour.I did not threaten you with a Manager she is wrong.I talked to from that store was Robert he said he would talk to her.He Apoloige for her I do not Except that because of her/I will get a hold of Human Right Commission Office and make a complaint.I have that given Right by Law.This woman was Very Abusive towards a Senior.Seniors have rights.Remember my husband just Died.Mrs.Nora Carroll 1-20*-***-**** Winnipeg Manitoba at 558 Beverly Street Winnipeg.I aso left message with Andrew Lowe District Manager for Walmart Winnipeg Manitoba.Please contact me.What do you plan to do.Just Listen to the message on May23th2021 between 2:25 and 2:30 in the afternoon.Please do something about this.
