Missing a small wire for my mosquito trap and I have written them approximately seven times and some of the times they write me back but most of the times they don't. They asked me to send a video, how am I supposed to show a video of a wire that's not there? I've already sent them three photographs and since I bought it months ago as a Christmas gift, but never gave it since my sister had already got another one. This is my second unit and I will not buy another one now that I know how difficult they are to communicate with. I suggest going with their competitor since they have a corporate office here in the United States User's recommendation: Absolutely not since they don't respond. Stay away from this product.
