I started a job and had my direct deposit to my aline debit card but I didn’t receive it. The employer tells me it was sent to that account but after almost 2 weeks they didn’t return it back to the company so I haven’t got paid. I was told to opt in so I did after the fact and still haven’t received it or it wasn’t returned back to my employer. I have called both the card services and the employer. They are not professional it only takes to solve my issue is to stop payment or trace it.
